The world of technology changes quickly. Sometimes there are a broad range of different technologies that make up a system. From a standalone technology i.e. (Computer Access) to a multi-technology system ( Home Automation) it is important for the technicians to have the needed education and experience. Cat, Inc. has been in business for 15 years. All our technicians have at least 10 years experience.
We work on both PC’s and MAC’s. We repair and restore machines accordingly. Obviously there is a point where the cost to repair a computer is not worth it. Our technicians will give you the option to repair vs. purchasing new. The main factors in this decision are cost, data and program retrieval. Each factor is explained so the customer can make an educated decision.
